This includes sharing relevant information with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) for the purposes of grant claims, participant verification, and compliance reporting. If your training is sponsored by your employer, we may also share your participation records, certificates, and training performance details with your company’s HR department or appointed representative.

Your data may also be provided to our appointed trainers, facilitators, and internal staff who are directly involved in the preparation and delivery of the training sessions. In addition, we may engage third-party service providers to support functions such as registration management, issuance of e-certificates, IT support, and data storage. These third parties are strictly bound by confidentiality obligations and are only allowed to use your data for the specific services we have engaged them for.

In some cases, we may be required to disclose personal data to government agencies, regulatory authorities, legal advisors, auditors, or law enforcement, particularly when required by law or in response to a legal process. We assure you that we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any unrelated third parties under any circumstances. All disclosures are made with the highest regard for your privacy and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 of Malaysia.
